Dry Needling

Effective in treating acute pain caused by a recent injury and chronic pain that has persisted for years due to neuromuscular dysfunction. Dry needling eases the tension of trigger points in the soft tissue to improve flexibility and increase range of motion. By improving blood flow, dry needling can help our patients decrease pain, improve mobility, and overcome limitations.

Conditions treated with dry needling include:

  • low back pain
  • jaw & neck pain
  • carpal tunnel syndrome
  • sciatica
  • achilles tendonitis
  • headaches

We offer a variety of advanced treatment options to fit your individual needs.

Our therapists are always looking for ways to improve our patients' outcomes. Many of our therapists have earned advanced degrees and additional certifications so that we can provide these specialty services to our patients in a location that is convenient for them. If you're interested in one of these services, make sure you mention it when scheduling your appointment so that we can match you up with the therapist that is right for you!

Myofascial Release

Effective in treating fascial restrictions resulting from injury, posture, or inflammation. Myofascial release involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissues, providing long-duration stretching to release inner restrictions and restore proper body mechanics, reducing pain and improving function.

Conditions treated with myofascial release include:

  • cervical pain
  • fibromyalgia
  • chronic pain syndromes
  • neck pain
  • restricted joint mobility
  • carpal tunnel syndrome

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization

Effective in treating chronic and acute pain caused by trauma, surgery, or repeated strains by creating an inflammation process to facilitate tissue healing and realignment of muscle fibers.

Conditions treated with instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization include:

  • post-op/injury scar tissue
  • plantar fasciitis
  • achilles tendinitis
  • hamstring strains
  • patellar tendonitis
  • IT band syndrome
  • carpal tunnel syndrome
