MEET OUR STAFF
Physical therapy providers are trained medical professionals who treat individuals with injuries
or health-related problems that limit their ability to move or perform their daily tasks.
Crystal Smelser, PTA
Crystal earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2017 from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. She has previously worked in an outpatient clinic where she enjoyed treating a variety of patient populations including sports related injuries, general orthopedic conditions, and balance issues. She is also a certified Sole Supports provider. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside, riding horses, and helping out on the ranch.

Melissa Schake, PTA
Melissa earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2019 from Northeast Community College as well as a degree in Biology/Life Sciences from Wayne State College in 2017. Melissa enjoys working with a variety of conditions, including lower extremity injuries, back and neck pain, among others. Melissa grew up in Ainsworth, Nebraska and enjoys camping, kayaking, and tubing in her spare time.
Becky Pearson, MPT
Becky earned her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay, Findlay, Ohio. She has 17 years of experience working in Physical Therapy, in a variety of clinical settings including hospitals, outpatient orthopedics, and skilled nursing facilities. Becky opened her own practice, Pearson Physical Therapy, in 2011 fulfilling a lifelong dream of private practice ownership.
Becky has special training from the Postural Restoration Institute. She is also a certified Sole Supports provider, fitting patients with custom foot orthotics to help alleviate common foot and lower extremity dysfunctions. She has a passion for rehabilitating shoulder injuries and has recently earned her certification in dry needling.

Becky's interests outside of work include spending time with her husband, Chris, and their two daughters, Emma and Gracie. As a family they compete in rodeos at the local amateur level and in the PRCA and WPRA.
Andrew Mason, MPT, CSCS
Andrew earned his Bachelors of Science degree in exercise science, and went on to receive his physical therapy degree with honors, from Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota. Andrew has over 20 years of experience working in Physical Therapy and related sports training facilities and is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
