Lymphedema Treatment - Helps reduce the swelling associated with lymphedema through exercise and compression treatments. This treatment includes massage to manually drain the fluid.

Fall Prevention - Treats the underlying causes of your falls through strengthening, posture correction, mobility improvement, and coordination training.

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Massage - (sometimes referred to as Graston's) Treats chronic and acute muscle pain caused by trauma, surgery, or repeated strains. This treatment creates a controlled inflammation process to facilitate tissue healing and the realignment of muscle fibers.
This treatment is different from acupuncture and is great for treating both acute and chronic conditions.
